Example of Work We Support: An individual that has successfully managed their diabetes through proper diet and exercise develops and teaches a 6-week session, for persons with diabetes. In these sessions, the individual practically shares the steps they followed in their journey and assists the class participants in creating customized health and fitness plans to assist in their management of the disease.
